A Wedding!
Another great week here in Bellevue, Washington!
Half of the missionaries in my mission (about 100) gathered for a zone conference in Bothell. It was wonderful! We learned so much. My trainer, Elder Lancaster, gave his departing testimony since he'll be going home at the end of June. He has been a hardworking missionary, so it's a little sad to know he only has four weeks left.
While I was on an exchange with my district leader, Elder Bishop, we did some moving for a friend in the area! What a great time to have served.
This weekend was great! We had the wedding of two people that the other Spanish elders are teaching—Jonathan and Claudia. What a neat thing to be a part of! They are such kind people, and we're so happy for them. So many non-members came to it, and 6 came to church the next day! What a wonderful miracle.
We are moving to teach Imeldo the stuff he still has questions about. He feels that he'll be ready for baptism when he learns a little more. We are praying for his progress and testimony growth as we continue to meet with him. We are praying that we can continue teaching some of the people that came to church, namely: Steven, Jeimely, Ronald, and Daniela.
Happy Memorial Day, and adios! ¡Disfruten su semana!
